We want to help people live healthy and happy lives whilst also protecting our beautiful planet.
In order to commit to a healthier and greener future:
- We only use and stock products that are cruelty-free.
- We use and stock Neal’s Yard Remedies products – these are ethically sourced and use only natural and organic ingredients. The company is committed to responsible packaging, famous for their iconic blue glass bottles. All of their plastic bottles will be 100% recyclable by 2025.
- We encourage clients to upcycle their own Neal’s Yard blue bottles and here at Anu we donate any additional glass bottles to a local jeweller, Sara’s Spoons for upcycling.
- We support and stock a range of local brands and artisans including: Little Joy Jewellery, Earth Conscious Deodorants & Bembridge Flowers.
- We endeavour to only stock brands and products that are ethically sourced.
- We live and work next to the sea so we never use products that include harmful microbeads.
- We only use 100% recycled paper bags.
- We use toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap – recycled paper and 50% of their profits go to improving sanitation across the world.
- We donate all our old towels to local vets on the Island.
- We offer free water refills, ensuring our clients are hydrated whilst also reducing single-use plastic water bottles.

How long have you been at Anu Natural Beauty?
I founded Anu in 2005.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
I love the variety of performing all the treatments! It makes me so happy to see people leave after a treatment feeling fully relaxed and confident in themselves.
What is your top natural beauty tip?
Sleep is so important for the body, mind and soul. I always feel more refreshed sleeping with the window open and keep the curtains open so I can wake with the sun.
What is your favourite product?
I love the Neal’s Yard Frankincense Intense – it’s my go to moisturiser, I use it on my face and neck every morning and night.

I started work at Anu in 2015.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
We are very lucky that we get to perform a variety of treatments which makes every one of our clients feel relaxed and cared for.
What is your top natural beauty tip?
I feel my absolute best when I am fully hydrated and have spent time outdoors – fresh air and drinking lots of water makes my skin feel clean and refreshed.
What is your favourite product?
I love the Neal’s Yard Seaweed and Arnica Body Shower Gel & Foaming Bath – it is so lovely for relaxing tired muscles after a long day.

I joined Anu in Summer 2021.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
I love doing all of the treatments but if I had to choose it would be facials as I love seeing how relaxed my clients feel afterwards.
What is your top natural beauty tip?
My top beauty tip is to always apply beauty products in an upward motion especially on your face and neck.
What is your favourite product?
My favourite product is the Neal’s Yard Beauty Balm – it smells amazing and is so nourishing for my skin.

I joined Anu in Spring 2025.
What is your favourite treatment to receive?
I specialize in advanced facial treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels and dermaplaning, and I also love laser hair removal as it gives such incredible results.
What is your top natural beauty tip?
Stay consistent with your skincare routine if you want results. Combining a daily routine of effective beauty products with regular advanced facials (such as microneedling, laser, Caci, chemical peels) is the quickest way to improve your targeted issue, whether it be ageing, sun damage, breakouts or general skin rejuvenation. We can discuss this with you and make recommendations during your consultation.
What is your favourite product?
My favourite Neal’s Yard product is the Wild Rose beauty balm – it smells amazing and melts into the skin. It’s perfect for your first cleanse in the evening to remove make-up and impurities, before a second gel or cream cleanser.

I started working at Anu in 2023.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
I love performing all treatments but I would have to say my favourites are facials, I love how they give your skin an instant result and to see my clients leave fully relaxed and refreshed. I also love performing pedicures, the results are so satisfying and who doesn’t love a relaxing foot soak.
What is your favourite treatment to receive?
I love having a facial, I love all the different product scents and feeling completely zen after the treatment. It is a great pick me up when my skin is feeling dull.
What is your top natural beauty tip?
Apply SPF daily even on those cloudy days and always under make up.
What is your favourite product?
I absolutely love the Neal’s Yard Wild Rose Beauty Balm. I adore the smell and texture of this product and love that it can be used as a face wash, a gentle exfoliator and a leave on moisturiser.

I joined Anu at the start of the Summer 2024 working on reception.
What is your favourite treatment to receive?
A facial is so relaxing and all the products used are tailored to your individual skin types, it feels like a real treat!
What is your top natural beauty tip?
I always apply the Neals Yard hand lotion just before bed, my favourite one at the moment is the Garden Mint & Bergamot.
What is your favourite product?
The Neals Yard Rose & Mallow Moisturiser is lovely, it’s lightly fragranced and just feels so nourishing on my skin.

Since March 2023.
Favourite treatment to perform?
Practising Five Element Acupuncture; bringing back harmony to Mind Body and Soul. Watching people return to balance and become the best version of themselves is very rewarding.
Top natural beauty tip?
Having a positive attitude, laughing every day and of course staying hydrated.
Favourite product?
Neal’s Yard Remedies Garden Mint and Bergamot hand cream, alongside Jessica Phenomenoil. Using these daily saves my hands and nails from the constant immersion in water and alcohol gel necessary for the high standard of Hygiene required in practising acupuncture.

My favourite treatment to perform is deep tissue work for those with specific aches and pains. It is by far the most rewarding and great to know you have helped to relieve someone’s pain and discomfort.

Staying hydrated and enjoying a nice facial cleanse and scrub each evening after a long day!

I have worked at Anu for 5 years as a fully qualified podiatrist registered with the HCPC. I provide routine foot care including nails, corns, callouses and a full diabetic foot screening service including neurological and vascular assessment.

Giving instant relief by removing painful ingrowing toenails.
