We are excited to be opening our doors from the 12th of April. Please feel free to book online or call +44 1983 872137. We are strictly complying with all government guidelines for close contact services as detailed in this guide. We kindly ask clients to wait outside until your therapist greets you at the door. All therapists will be wearing face coverings at all times. Client face coverings should not be removed unless essential for a particular treatment – for example, for a treatment on the face area covered by the face covering. We will be operating an appointment-only system. There is a strict cleaning protocol between each client, therefore we kindly request all clients arrive promptly for their treatment. If you would like to purchase any Gift Vouchers you can do this online and if you would like to purchase products please email us and we can deliver locally to your door.

Arrival

For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, as you are required to fill in a consultation form and medical history. This ensures we can tailor our treatments specifically to your needs. For all clients, if you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of consideration for the next client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or 50% of the treatment will be charged. If two consecutive appointments are missed then we kindly ask for 100% payment on all future bookings.

Patch Tests

All eyelash and eyebrow tinting treatments require a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment. Pop in for your complimentary patch test during salon opening hours.

Age Policy

We do offer treatments to those under 18, please see our under 18’s price list here. For 16-18 year old’s we require parental or caregiver consent. For under 16 year old’s we require parents or caregivers to be present during the treatment(s).

Accessibility

Please inform us of any disabilities you or your dependent may have upon booking so that we can tailor the treatment(s) to your needs. The Anu salon is wheelchair accessible.

Pregnancy

Please inform us if you are pregnant at the time of booking to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no massage or reflexology can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available to purchase at our salon in Bembridge. Anu Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Salon Etiquette

We kindly ask all our clients to place their mobile phones or tablets on silent upon entering the salon, this is to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy their treatments.
